Big wins at 2025 Champions of Cheese Awards
Whitestone Cheese achieved significant recognition at the 2025 Champions of Cheese Awards, winning 18 medals, including 6 Gold. In a competition featuring over 240 entries, our Lake Pukaki Blue Brie won Gold in the New Cheese category, and Monte Cristo took Gold in the Original Cheese category. Judges commended the Blue Brie's texture and flavour, and the Monte Cristo's complex profile.
This success, alongside our Silver and Bronze medals, is attributed to the quality of Waitaki Valley’s milk and skilled cheesemakers.
