Front of House Superstars

About the role

We are looking for a range of front of house superstars to provide an exceptional dining experience to our customers at the Whitestone Cheese Diner and Deli. 

We have permanent full-time, part-time and casual roles available. 

The permanent full-time position will be a minimum of 35 hours per week over 5 days. Whereas we are flexible with days and hours for the part-time and casual positions. Weekend work will be required. The diner is closed on Mondays. 

This role will be responsible for serving customers of the Diner and Deli. You will be someone who is bright and bubbly, loves interacting with people and provides amazing customer service. Full training would be provided for any of the roles. We are looking for the right attitude so if you lack in experience, we still want to hear from you!

The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Greeting and escorting customers
• Presenting the menu and providing detailed information when asked
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Take and serve food and drink orders
• Use the till to bill customers and collect payments

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous hospitality work would be beneficial but not compulsory
• Great customer service skills
• Barista skills would be desirable
• A passion for cheese
