The Whitestone Food Safety Plan (WFSP) has been developed to go above and beyond MPI NZ testing standards as our pledge to safe food security.

We perform testing at curd then an additional test at wrap-off of all our products before shipping, so a double testing pathogen management programme is in place.

Therefore you can rest assured that we go to our greatest measures to ensure our cheeses arrive to you safely and in optimal condition.
