We have employed historic and centuries old hand craft cheese making techniques to produce a cheese with texture and flavour yet to be seen in New Zealand. We have evolved our already successful Lindis Pass Brie (1.8kg) to a consumer friendly 150g Camembert style.
Lindis Pass Camembert’s creamy rich texture and intense earthy flavours are a result of North Otago’s world class milk production and Whitestone cheesemaker’s artisan hand ladling techniques.

I left it outside the fridge for two days to mature, then it was perfect to go with my friends fed wine.
My first time tasting this cheese will certainly not be my last. I love the way it goes creamy at room temp. From now on Lindis Pass Camembert is my cheese of choice.
A velvety, creamy cheese, great with pretty much anything!
