Named after one of North Otago's highest mountains, this unstabilised variety is made from cows milk with extra cream added. This has created a smooth textured cheese with a wicked rich flavour that strengthens with ageing to run at full maturity.

Love this cheese reminds me of Vignotte French version looks chalky in middle and crème cheese melting over.
We absolutely loved all of our Whitestone cheeses for mums 70th Cheese Cake. Lots of comments on the Brie it was beautiful and nearly crumbley.
Very nice soft cheese and perfect for putting onto platters. AAA....rating.
