Vintage Five Forks Creamy Fettuccine

A fantastic, quick and easy mid-week meal! Elevate your fettuccine with our Five Five Forks, giving your meal a unique flavour with this goat and cows milk cheese.

Ingredients

Cook the fettuccine according to the packet instructions until al dente. Drain the fettuccine, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the saucepan and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

Add cream to the saucepan and stir to combine. Add 3/4 of the crumbled Whitestone Cheese Vintage Five Forks into the saucepan and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the saucepan and toss to coat the pasta evenly with cheese sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it out. Cook the pasta and sauce for an additional 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

Serve got, garnished with chopped parsley and the remaining Vintage Five Forks on top. Enjoy!
