NEW Mt Domett Double Cream Brie Recipes

ROSEMARY, HONEY AND GARLIC BAKED BRIE

Serves: 6-8     Prep time: 5 minutes   Cook time: 10 minutes
Rosemary, Garlic & crispy bread

1 Whitestone Mt Domett Double Cream Brie 

1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp rosemary leaves 

2 Tbsp honey Toasted baguette slices or crackers to serve

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C bake.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the rind off the top of the brie and place it in a small cast iron skillet, cut side up.
  3. Mix together the garlic, rosemary and honey in a small bowl and spoon on top of the brie.
  4. Place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is starting to melt. Serve and enjoy while hot.

RASPBERRY, PISTACHIO AND CHOCOLATE BAKED BRIE

Serves: 6-8     Prep time:  5 minutes              Cook Time: 10 minutes
Raspberry, Pistachio and Chocolate Baked Brie

1 Whitestone Mt Domett Double Cream Brie

¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

¼ cup toasted pistachios, roughly chopped

10g dark chocolate, shaved or grated

Oat crackers to serve 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C bake.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the rind off the top of the brie and place it in a small cast iron skillet, cut side up. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
  3. Meanwhile, place the raspberry, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  4. Top the brie with the raspberry compote, pistachios and chocolate.
  5. Serve and enjoy while hot with oat crackers.
