Aged 18-24 months this is a classic strong flavoured vintage cheddar with a sharp finish. Cheddar made the way they made them in the “old days”.

This cheese is named after Totara, a small settlement just south of Oamaru. It’s home to the historic Totara Estate—the birthplace of New Zealand’s frozen meat industry—and just up the road from where Whitestone Cheese was founded.

I was very disappointed in the Totara Tasty

I was very disappointed in the Totara Tasty. I was hoping for a tasty cheese with some sharpness but it was very similar to any other cheddar cheese I have had. I did send a comment but have received no comment
