Introducing Lindis Pass Camembert, Whitestone’s latest innovation in cheese.

We have employed historic and centuries old hand craft cheese making techniques to produce a cheese with texture and flavour yet to be seen in New Zealand. We have evolved our already successful Lindis Pass Brie (1.8kg) to a consumer friendly 150g Camembert style.

Lindis Pass Camembert’s creamy rich texture and intense earthy flavours are a result of North Otago’s world class milk production and Whitestone cheesemaker’s artisan hand ladling techniques.

Awards: 98.95% score, World Championship Cheese Contest 2016. Silver Medal, Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards 2018.
