Really enjoyable BLUE 😉

All my recent order have been really enjoyable. The Blues have been exceptional and I'm not usually one for eating a lot of Blue. But yes the Highland Blue was great as well.

Highland blue

I must say is the nicest blue vein cheese I have ever eaten. Nice strong taste and not too dry. Love it on a cracker with my home made pear paste. The perfect combination.
