A semi-soft cheese variety that is aged in a blue wax. It has a compact ivory pate which produces a subtle goats edge with a sweet finish. Delicate when young it ages well retaining its freshness. Please note that weights are approximate, actual weights may vary.

Delicious Goat's Cheese

We love this goat milk cheese and this is the second time we've bought it after first trying it. It's beautiful on crackers with fig paste. Wonderful texture and no goat smell that some other goat cheeses have. Will be back for more.
