Complex, nutty, fruity. A sheep’s milk cheddar, Monte Cristo is pressed and matured for approximately six months, to produce a subtle nutty flavour that becomes stronger and more complex as it ages.

Monte Christon Sheep's Milk Cheese

I love this cheese - it has the best creaminess and flavour and works with all other foods. I'm lactose intolerant, and this cheese suits me perfectly. I am unable to source it in shops locally, so order it on the Whitestone website. The package is delivered swiftly, very well packaged, and the cheese is still cold when it arrives to me. It's my favourite cheese ever.
