We have employed historic and centuries old hand craft cheese making techniques to produce a cheese with texture and flavour yet to be seen in New Zealand. We have evolved our already successful Lindis Pass Brie (1.8kg) to a consumer friendly 150g Camembert style.

Lindis Pass Camembert’s creamy rich texture and intense earthy flavours are a result of North Otago’s world class milk production and Whitestone cheesemaker’s artisan hand ladling techniques.

sooo delicious

sooo delicious. Did the right thing and left out on the bench to "warm" the cheese and oh my goodness, it was super delicious and creamy. Would definitely recommend and definitely buy again.
