Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cups Totara Tasty, grated
1 egg — beaten
1⁄2 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the flour, baking powder and cayenne in a large bowl.
Stir in the cheese, then the egg and milk.
Arrange 12 large spoonfuls on the prepared tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
