Lindis Pass Brie & Cranberry Crostini

Creamy Lindis Pass Brie melted over golden toasted bread, topped with tangy cranberry sauce and a hint of sweetness. Irresistibly indulgent!

Ingredients:

  • Lindis Pass Brie, sliced or in small wedges
  • Baguette or ciabatta, sliced and lightly toasted
  • Cranberry sauce (homemade or store‑bought), or fresh cranberries cooked down with sugar and a splash of red wine
  • Optional: a small knob of butter
  • Optional garnish: toasted nuts (almonds or walnuts) or fresh herbs (thyme or mint)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C if you prefer slightly warm crostini, or simply toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  • Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice, if desired.
  • Top each slice with a generous piece of Lindis Pass Brie.
  • Spoon cranberry sauce over the Brie, letting it sit slightly so the flavours meld.
  • If desired, sprinkle with toasted nuts or fresh herbs for extra texture and flavour.
  • Serve immediately while the Brie is soft, creamy, and melty — perfect as a festive appetizer or light snack.
