Whether you love eating cheese, selling cheese, making cheese or maturing cheese and selling it for profit (affineur), the Whitestone Cheese Affineur Academy is the place to come for learning experiences that fit with your lifestyle, matched with EduBits micro-credentials that recognise your expertise and let you show the world what you know about cheese.
The Basic Affineur Skills EduBit, is recognised as equivalent to 5 Credits on the NZQF at Level 4 and has been awarded by Otago Polytechnic, an NZQA-accredited Category One provider.
