Gotta Love this Blue

What I totally love about this Windsor Blue ....is the flavour (which several of my colleague's also love too) which is why we brought 2x wheels of it. While it isn't as creamy as some others I have become a convert AND IT IS NOW MY GO TO BLUE.

I love Windsor Blue and always buy the slim packages from our local supermarket. Nothing better than a significant piece of my favorite cheese for all our guests to enjoy. Even for me 1.2kg was a bit much but when a friend they would share it was irristable.
