Pick-up from Factory

Pick-ups from our Dispatch Office at our factory are available from 11am - 12pm Monday to Friday. Pick-ups will be available the day after placing your order. If you make your order on Friday, your pick-up will be available on the following Monday.

Please note, our Whitestone Store will not be open, please enter our drive-thru off Torridge Street and stop in the loading zone outside the 'Dispatch Office' door. 

Please sanitize your hands with the sanitizer next to the door, and then press the buzzer button to alert our staff.
