Made with full cream milk, our Halloumi has a perfect golden colour. Its firm texture squeaks when chewed, a result of heating fresh curd before shaping and brining.
Named after Ferry Road near Oamaru on the Waitaki Plains—an area known for quality dairy—this cheese reflects the best of North Otago’s milk.
