Hand selected Windsor Blue wheels are aged for 6 months. This intensifies the flavour profile of the rich and full bodied creamy blue, to produce a connoisseur’s blue.

Is “almost” the best ever

Don’t get me wrong, this is a fabulous cheese and I will buy it again. The fact that it is made in NZ is a true testament to the ability of the folks at Whitestone.
For years I have indulged myself on Tuxford & Tebbitt blue cheese and it is my favourite. Unfortunately they are going out of business and the cheese is either really hard to get it or just unavailable.
So what’s the difference? Well the T & T is slightly drier and the big thing is it has more bite.
As I say I’ll buy this again so please keep up the great work!
