It's still a LOT of Cheese!

A very nicely balanced blue. A good smooth tang to it - not too sharp or smelly. Bought it with the intention of sharing it with friends as we wouldn't have managed to eat it all at our house. They were very happy with communal cheese-buying - especially the one hosting a book group the next night.
