That's what my husband reckons! Got the Highland to test it out on him and he was impressed from the first slice. Strong and flavoursome, with no lingering aftertaste. My husband loves to consume it traditionally. I like it with sauerkraut!

Whilst ordering my Survival Pack - a must for the school holidays- there was a Highland Blue on offer. Why not? I thought and certainly haven't been disappointed. Although it was so popular it didn't get the chance to age in the fridge. Would definitely purchase again.
