Complex, nutty, fruity. A sheep’s milk cheddar, Monte Cristo is pressed and matured for approximately six months, to produce a subtle nutty flavour that becomes stronger and more complex as it ages.

Please note that weights are approximate, actual weights may vary.

Sheep Cheese with Flavour

This is a creamy sheep’s milk cheese with a slightly tangy flavour. Perfect on crackers, cheeseboards, cooked or anywhere you would use cows milk cheese.
I purchased a 1.9kg round to share with another family member and keep it in the cold store drawer in my refrigerator wrapped in baking appear and foil which is a perfect storage solution
