Named after one of North Otago's highest mountains, the Mt Domett Double Cream Brie has a smooth creamy texture and wicked rich flavour that strengthens with aging. This smaller, 125g round is the perfect brie for baking and grilling.
The miniature version of the original Lodge Cast Iron skillet is a perfect size for those smaller cooking duties such as a baked brie. This 13cm skillet features a sturdy integral oven proof handle and pourer channel each side of the rim. The skillet provides excellent heat distribution and retention for consistent, even cooking and stays hot from oven to table.
